Smoke Signals. "Smoke Signals" is the title of the corporate medium by Reemtsma. The heading on the cover reads "Report on smuggling". " Tracking down the cigarette mafia" and is the headline of the cover story accompanied by a number of different photos. The final part is formed by an infobox and references to the appropriate laws. A Cool Start. "pwc" is the magazine by PricewaterhouseCoopers. The front page of this issue shows an extreme close-up photo of a blue overseas container referring to the cover story "The world in delivery chains". |

A Powerful Combination. This double page is a powerful opening for a series of articles on delivery chains. The infographics at the top of the photo illustrate worldwide streams of delivery. The opening is classical: a spacious photo, a headline and a text on the right. It is essential, though, that such an eye-catching opening is followed by a long story as not to disappoint the readers' expectation. |
